We don't do reviews or interviews. just virtual parties to promote your book!

As many of you may know, our beloved sister hostess SHARON DONOVAN, tragically passed away on 11th April 2012. We who knew her, loved her, and were inspired by her courage and determination to face head on whatever life threw at her. When she could no longer see to paint she turned to writing and showed her amazing talent in the Inspirational Romance and Romantic Suspense genres, and her story 'Charade Of Hearts' was awarded the coveted Predators and Editors Award in January 2011.

This Blog was a source of great delight to her, she was one of the founder hostesses and she contributed to the fun and silliness in her own original way, and was kind enough to let her unique creation, the hunky butler 'Oliver' join us for our Friday romp and prepare 'virtual breakfast' for the guests on the following morning. It's beyond hard to have to go on without her, but we know that she would have been the first to insist that 'the show must go on.' She is, and will always be with us in spirit.
Sharon, dear friend, we will never forget you.
The Author Roast and Toast is part of the legacy you left us. Let's raise a Toast to you as well as all our guests.

Hi folks, Cuddles decided to go on vacation to warmer climes. somewhere over the rainbow. He loves Christmas but the snow at the moment is just too much - he says it makes his horn tingle, LOl. Don't worry, he'll be back, creating havoc as usual with his pal Junior. What did the rest of us do? Well, we just made the most of the snow, here's what happened! Hope you enjoy it, have a lovely Christmas. We won't be roasting anyone for the next two weeks but you can have fun watching us instead!

Oh, geez, too bad Junior got you good. And Sharon is aiming as we speak!
This is fun, I recommend it to everyone!
Not too much time on their hands, it's just the genius of a mind she has.

  5. Hi Maggie -

I'm one of those people who wishes there were far more hours in the day - but putting something like this together is fun and my way of wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas. If you can dodge the snowballs Maggie, maybe Oliver will bring you a glas of mulled wine - or whatever you fancy.

Good aim there Mary - oh *blush* don't know about 'genius', 'loony' maybe! Junior stand still so I can get you back!

  6. Ruff, Ruff. "As if!" Junior answers her and throws a snowball that plasters Lyn in the face. His next one goes down the back of Oliver's coat and he dances away to get it out. Sharon gets one to the back of the head, then he turns to Mary and laughing throws a big wet snowball right in her face. "Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!" Junior ducks and laughs.
Mary sneaks up behind him and...
