As many of you may know, our beloved sister hostess SHARON DONOVAN, tragically passed away on 11th April 2012. We who knew her, loved her, and were inspired by her courage and determination to face head on whatever life threw at her. When she could no longer see to paint she turned to writing and showed her amazing talent in the Inspirational Romance and Romantic Suspense genres, and her story 'Charade Of Hearts' was awarded the coveted Predators and Editors Award in January 2011.

This Blog was a source of great delight to her, she was one of the founder hostesses and she contributed to the fun and silliness in her own original way, and was kind enough to let her unique creation, the hunky butler 'Oliver' join us for our Friday romp and prepare 'virtual breakfast' for the guests on the following morning. It's beyond hard to have to go on without her, but we know that she would have been the first to insist that 'the show must go on.' She is, and will always be with us in spirit.
Sharon, dear friend, we will never forget you.
The Author Roast and Toast is part of the legacy you left us. Let's raise a Toast to you as well as all our guests.

Helen Hardt in the Highlands of Scotland

Thank God it’s Friday! And time for another featured guest to be sizzled at
the Author Roast and Toast. Today’s victim is the lovely and talented HELEN HARDT

And in keeping with Helen’s short novel BLOOD WOLF
The hostesses along with Oliver, Cuddles and Junior have come to the Highlands of Scotland, an area of enduringly rugged wilderness, majestic mountainsides and austere beauty.
And standing tall amidst the coppery beaches, dense woodlands and rocky landscape is Oliver’s castle.
Dressed in his signature kilt, he prepares the meal for the guests. An insatiable scent wafts through the kitchen from a pot of Cream of Cauliflower soup with caramelized onions. Lifting the lid to stir and sample, a steamy mist of culinary delights tease the palate. The organic salmon with crushed potatoes are ready for the grill, and the green beans with Arran mustard sauce is on the counter. Humming along to Danny Boy, Oliver trudges down to the wine cellar and chooses a Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages and a bottle ofDrambuie aperitif

But just outside the castle, cradled deep in the Highlands is the magical Lake of Loch Ness where mystical monsters lurk. Proceeding with caution, Cuddles gingerly dips his enchanted horn into the lake to test the waters. Junior, his partner in crime, keeps vigil…just in case the mystical monster rises from the depths.
And from the wavering Highlands, the sound of bagpipes echo, the melancholy tune evocative.Sentimental fools that they are, the hostesses, Sharon, Lyn and Mary, dab at their eyes with their lace handkerchiefs. Costumed in Scottish attire, the four
piece ensemble of chemise, bodice, pleated skirt and shawl, the hostesses anxiously await their guest.

And as the sound of bagpipes grow louder and louder, the coach appears and Helen Hardt steps out, donned in an off the shoulder green dress, velvet corset, pleated skirt and matching hat. She smiles and waves at her adoring fans. Cuddles and Junior, sporting festive green berets, frolic along in gleeful bliss while Oliver proudly escorts her to the inscribed gold plate in the courtyard.

Blurb for Blood Wolf:

When mysterious Damian MacGowan saves Suzanne Wood from a gang of thugs in a small
Scotland town, she's beyond grateful. But his possessive need to be near her troubles her. Damian doesn't understand why he's drawn to Suzanne. He knows only that he must have her, or he will die. As the two get to know each other, love blossoms. But Damian has a secret, and an enemy, that may keep him from Suzanne forever.

Excerpt:

Suzanne’s skin erupted into tiny bumps. She did feel a connection, and it scared her. “This is insane.”

“No, it’s not. I can’t explain it, love, but I feel it. I’ve been hard since you came here. I hadn’t even met you, yet I knew you were in trouble tonight, and I came for you.” He raked his fingers through his mass of dark waves.

A bolt of lightning struck her sex. He was so gorgeous. “You don’t understand. I just got out of a messy relationship. It would be a mistake for me to...” She paused, his words sinking into her mind. “What do you mean you knew I was in trouble?”

“I felt it. I knew exactly where I had to go to find you. I smelled your fear.”

“Damian, what is it with you and smell?”

“I don’t know. I can’t explain it. But I am certain of one thing.”

“What?”

“That you’re mine.”

“Oh.” Suzanne sighed as his gaze seemed to penetrate her. She didn’t doubt that he believed the truth of his words. This beautiful man said more with his smoldering eyes than most people said with language. She couldn’t deny that she felt a bond with him. But that’s textbook, she told herself. I’m attracted to my savior. Who wouldn’t be?

Damian approached her, took her hand in his, and caressed her palm with his scabbed fingertips. “I don’t expect you to understand this when I can’t explain it to myself. But there is not a doubt in my mind that you belong with me.”

“You don’t know anything about me.”

“I know your hair is the color of burnt mahogany, and it feels like silk against my skin.” He sifted her tresses with his fingers, then cupped her cheek. “I know your eyes are like the night fog, with little golden sparks that pierce the thickness around my soul.” He ran his thumb across her lower lip. “I know your mouth tastes of wintergreen and fresh blueberries. I know your body feels like heaven pressed to mine. I know your beautiful name fits you. I know there’s an idiot somewhere who let you go, but I thank God for his stupidity.” He lightly traced the angle of her jaw line. “I know ye’re mine.”

Helen will be giving away a print copy of the Got Wolf anthology Volume One, which contains her short novel Blood Wolf. And in order to be entered in the drawing, you must answer the following question and leave it as a comment. Here it is and good luck!

What is your interpretation of the Loch Ness monster?

  3. What can Oliver bring you to drink, Helen? He's tongue tied and a bit taken by you at the moment! Hint hint He might be waiting for you to comment on his...ah...kilt! So tell us about this meal your characters share in the Highlands. It sounds like the perfect evening. Did it take place in one of these whimsical castles?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Hey, Helen... love Scotland, and Oliver looks mighty handsome in that kilt.

Blood wolf, great title! I have a got wolf entry to revise and resend EVENTUALLY. Maybe by next Halloween. Congratulations on winning.

  5. Hi Ashley! Oh, now you've gone and made Oliveer blush like a school boy! But he's grinning and loves the attention! Have fun exploring the castle but be sure and come back for the yummy buffet or Oliver will be very hurt. Oh Cuddles, yes you look very handsome in your Scottish attire! You too Junior. Now if only we could find Lyn and Mary around this big ol' manor. Maybe they got taken by the Loch Ness monster! Quick, go see guys!

  6. Hi Helen

Puff, pant, Cuddles you don't have to prod me with your horn, and Junior, please don't pull my skirt quite so hard. Sorry I'm late, folks, I was exploring this castle with Oliver and when he heard Helen arrived he rushed away and I kind of got lost. Anyway, I'm here now, and it's great to have you at our Highland Shindig, Helen,
oh I see Oliver's looking after you VERY well, and judging by the dumbstruck expression he's wearing you've made a conquest!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Hi Ashley, so nice to see you. I'd get Oliver to pack you some sandwiches before you go exploring the castle, take it from me some of those corridors are like a maze!

    ReplyDelete
  8. Nice excerpt.

Fun place to explore and I LIKE Oliver!

I believe in the antler monster who lives in Wallowa lake so I can believe in Loch Ness.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Welcome Paty! Ah...good answer! We'll wait and see what Helen thinks. Can Oliver get you a drink? A bit to eat? He has quite a scrumptious buffet. Dig in!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Ah, there you are, Lyn! I just sent Cuddles and Junior out to see if ol' Nessie got you! Glad you're all right. Although you still seem a bit flustered after your...ah...stroll around the castle with Oliver?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Sharon, I love Oliver's kilt!

A kilt on a man is so sexy. My dh (sorry, Oliver, happily married, LOL, but you look smashing!) is Scottish by heritage and I had the joy of seeing him in full Scottish regalia recently. My, he looked good!

As for my drink? I'll start with a little Drambuie. Can't go wrong there ;).

    ReplyDelete
  12. Ashley, great to see you as always!

Yes, please revise your wolf story. I'd love to read it. Weres are my absolute favorite paranormal creatures.

Enjoy the castle! It looks amazingly like the castle Damian inhabits in Blood Wolf...

    ReplyDelete
  13. Lyn, Oliver is a hottie! Especially in a kilt ;).

Okay, question for you all -- what do you think of a man in a kilt? Personally, I think it's sexy as hell.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Paty, my friend, thanks for stopping by! I've never heard of the monster in Wallowa Lake ;). But I love tales like that.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi Paty, welcome to the party, have you tried those delicious chocolate dipped Scottish shortbreads Oliver baked this morning? Yes, Oliver is difficult NOT to like (but don't let him know I said that, Sharon will tell you he's not exactly the most modest of men!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Helen, you're right, I think kilts are VERY sexy - provided a man has the figure and the legs for them *sigh* and Oliver has both as you'll see by the way he's standing right in front of you and posing soprovocatively!

    ReplyDelete
  17. I've just started reading the book and I'm already in love with the hero.

Knowing your writing, I know the sex will be hot, steamy and more than gratifying.

Can I bring Donvan home with me?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Here's your drink, Helen. Hi Tricia, welcome! What can Oliver bring you? Helen, that old joke always comes to mind about the man in the kilt that woke up drunk the next day and was wearing the blue ribbon! beneath his kilt!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Good Morning from the West Coast. Oliver, can you put a little something in my coffee, love? It is Friday you know. lol

    Hi Helen... *waves

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hi Tricia! Glad you're liking Damian. I have to admit, he's one of my favorites. Give me dark and sexy and a little haunted anytime!

    ReplyDelete
  21. LOL, Sharon! Reminds me of another fond saying: Ask a man what he's wearing under his kilt. He replies, "Lipstick, if I'm lucky."

    Love it!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hi Helen!
I have Blood Wolf and I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into it. Was that corny? Seriously, can't wait to read it!! You already know how much I love Weres!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Catherine, great to see you as always! Go ahead and spike her coffee, Oliver love. We party early around here!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hi Tricia,

Welcome, do have a look at Oliver's Martini list, or perhaps a plate of organic salmon with all the trimmings?

Yes, Helen's story sounds very intriguing, another one for my ever growing wish list! Dark Sexy and haunted WOW!

(No Oliver I wasn't talking about you - or Junior! LOL)

    ReplyDelete
  25. Hi Catherine, yes, I think we're all in need for something with a bit of 'kick' in it by Friday! LOL

Hi Lia, welcome to the roast. You love were's? Wonder if there's such thing as a were-nessie?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hello Helen! Your story sounds super and I love the setting! Woo hooo. AS for Nessie, I'm a fan and a believer.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Lia, welcome, my friend! Yes, I know you love weres, as I've had a sneak peek of your upcoming Were book! Glad to see you here!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Great excerpt, Helen! Blood Wolf sounds like a wonderful read. And Oliver does look wonderful, doesn't he?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Beth, fun to see you as always. A Nessie believer? I love it! I like to believe, too.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Nicole, thanks for coming! Ah yes, Oliver is gorgeous! Especially in that kilt...

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hi Beth, make yourself at home, Oliver will be with you in a moment - If we can tear him away from Helen, look how he's gazing at her.

It's good you believe in Nessie - I think he just popped his head up out of the lake!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hi Nicole, nice to see you here. There's plenty of food , Oliver's been very busy! I wonder if Sharon will ever get him out of that kilt!
OOOPs (Claps hand over mouth - can't believe I said that, but you know what I mean!)

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh, the castle is filling up nicely! Sharon waves to Lia, Catherine, Beth and Nicole. And yes, Oliver, we would all like to indulge in some bar beverages. I'll have a coffee with Bailey's, please. So ladies, just give your drink order to this dashing young man in the kilt and he'll be happy to oblige. Helen, I'm still choking on that last visual about the lipstick. Love it! Too funny. I must read your book as it sounds too good to let slide!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hi, Lyn and everyone. Now, Oliver, about my drink. What would you suggest? *grabs his arm and walks away*

    ReplyDelete
  35. LOL Lyn! Too funny. Let me scrape myself off the floor. Get Oliver out of his kilt? Now how hard do you think that would be?

    ReplyDelete
  36. *Giggle* Hmmmm, perhaps we'd better not go there, Sharon, since this is a family site! LOL but I'd be second in the queue - and I reckon it'd be a looooo-ong queue!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hi Helen, I definitely believe in the Loch Ness monster, and if I could possibly get one of those martinis - dirty please - eventually I'll describe Nessie. About the kilt, if the legs are nice, I'm all for a man who only has to lift his skirt up!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Sharon sighs wistfully. All right, Lyn. I suppose you're right. Hello, J and you bet you can have a Dirty Martini, why it's Oliver's specialty!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Thanks, Sharon. You're all so nice! I'll have to hang out a while.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Hello J, great to have you at Helen's party, she's surrounded by her friends and admirers, sitting over there on Oliver's knee - Hmm, can't be easy for him dispensing drinks from the sitting position!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hi Hywela, got my drink so that's okay, stay right there, Helen. I'm going to grab some lunch but I'll pop back in and maybe Oliver won't be so busy then.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Fun interview ladies! I've already picked up my copy of Got Wolf Book 1...now to find some time to settle in for what I know will be a great read.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Hi Emma Lai, come join the party. Hey that's a great cover on 'Got Wolf' isn't it!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Wonderful excerpt, Helen! I didn't think you could get any hotter, but here you are being roasted! Ha ha! And Oliver looks so dashing in his kilt.
My explanation of the Loch Ness monster? Too many hours at the local pub!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hi Cate, yes, I think we're all feeling a bit warm here, could be Oliver and his kilt!

You mean you don't believe in Nessie?

You're standing in the grounds of a Scottish castle on the shores of Loch Ness - don't look behind you, Cate!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Oh heck folks, you know I haven't seen Cuddles or Junior for a while, I hope they're all right. I keep seeing a strange reptilian head popping up out of the water.

Oliver, Sharon, do you mind keep the party going without me for a while, I'd best be off and check those little varmints are OK!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Greetings, Emma and Cate! Ah yes, Cate...too many hours at the pub indeed! I love it. Dig into some of the great food and drinks here at Helen's roast.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Joann, great to see you! Get her a dirty martini, Oliver! Glad to have another Nessie believer!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Emma, my friend, how's baby Iain? I'm glad he let you come over here to party with me for a few minutes ;). I hope you enjoy Blood Wolf!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Cate, great to see you as always! Glad you enjoyed the excerpt!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Winking wildly, Oliver saunters in with a full tray of Dirty Martinis for those who dare! He's shaken them...and...oh can he move those hips in that kilt of his!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hubba hubba, ladies. Great excerpt, Helen. I've been sick all week but nothing like that fever.

And no haggis at the party, okay?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Tanya! Welcome to Helen's party. So what can Oliver get you to drink while you fill up your plate?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Oliver, I'm ready for my dirty martini...but I want you to shake mine personally ;).

    ReplyDelete
  55. Tanya, I'm glad you're on the mend! Nope, no haggis. Hubby likes it, but I'll pass. I've tried it, not for me.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Haggis Tanya? No I'm sorry to say but it's off season for shooting haggis now. I still haven't found Cuddles and Junior but I suspect they may be chasing haggis up the hill over there, I'll have to try and stop them before they get into trouble. Did you know that haggis have two legs on one side longer than the ones on the other, because of all the galloping up the mountains that they do?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Oliver stands in front of Helen and shakes things up. Flexing his biceps, he winks and hands her a Dirty Martini, allowing his hand to linger on hers.

Okay, ladies...so I'll bite. What the heck is a haggis?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Chuckle chuckle, Helen. Just popped over to my blog for a sec and there you and Oliver were! I allow the lad to moonlight over here on Fridays! Grin...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Oliver stands beside Helen's chair and feeds her chocolate dipped shortbread fingers, all the time winking madly and grinning boyishly.

"So come on," Sharon urges, tell us all about haggises, laddy."

    Oliver clears his throat.
"Well, as the Welsh lassie says, they're sweet little furry critters, with two legs longer than the other two." His face breaks into an even broader grin and he chuckles uncontrolably, almost causing Helen to splutter into her Dirty Martini.

"All right," he says when he can regain control, this is really what it is: Haggis is a dish containing sheep's 'heart, liver and lungs, minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours. Seconds anybody?"

    ReplyDelete
  60. Oliver, the martini is spectacular -- but I think you need to shake the next one just a little bit more *wink*

Sharon, a haggis is sheep's heart, liver, and lungs (ground), mixed with oatmeal and spices and boiled in the sheep's stomach.

    Yeah, I'll pass...

    ReplyDelete
  61. Ah, Lyn, you beat me to the haggis explanation...

I was busy with Oliver's chocolate dipped shortbread. Bring it on, baby!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Hi Helen, *giggle*, yes when Oliver shakes,we're all 'stirred' LOL!

Personally I'd prefer chocolate dipped Scottish shortbread to haggis any day!

    ReplyDelete
  63. You know my mother always said if you didn't know what something was in a restaurant or dinner, don't order it. My mama didn't raise no fool. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  64. Iain's doing well, Helen. Thanks for asking. He's fattening up nicely and lets his mommy work a couple of hours a day! Off to do edits.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Great to hear Iain's giving you some time off, Emma, aw bless, I bet he's gorgeous! Good luck with the edits, get Oliver to give you some goodies to keep you going!

    ReplyDelete
  66. Ooh...goodies. Just what a nursing woman needs!

    ReplyDelete
  67. Emma, I'm so glad Iain is doing well! These are fun times, hon. It's great he's giving you a few hours to work on your edits, too ;). Yes, you definitely need some goodies!

    ReplyDelete
  68. "Yes, and Oliver's done a crash course on a new mum's requirements, so there's nothing there that's going to upset either you or Iain. *Sigh* Oliver is such a treasure!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Emma, congratulations on your son! What a beautiful name. I love Irish and Scottish names and Iain is right up there! Yes, do make sure Oliver gives you plenty of treats to keep mommy going during the waking hours and the edits! Ah...isn't that sweet, Oliver tossed in a Nessie rattle as a memory of the castle

    ReplyDelete
  70. A good Irish name for a good Irish baby...well at least part Irish! Thanks for the rattle!

    ReplyDelete
  71. Good Grief! No one said there was a party going on here! LOL

Love the cover of Got Wolf, Helen. Very alluring and sexy!

Now, down to business. Oliver, while you make me a Scotch- neat, please- why don't you clue me in on what man where under their kilts. *wink wink*

Um, I'll pass on the haggis- thanks. More for everyone else that way! LOL But I will take anything deep fried and smothered in chocolate! Yeah, baby!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Sarah, great to see you! Deep fried and smothered in chocolate? Oh yeah...

I think I see Oliver pouring your Scotch now. That's right baby, flex those forearms...

    ReplyDelete
  73. Hello Sarah, nice to meet you, yes Helen's party is going with a swing!

Um, while Oliver's pouring your drink he'll answer your question - and then you can enlighten the rest of us, LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Hi Sarah. Oliver will be happy to mix up a drink for you and...ah...shoot the breeze!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Just because I like the happily ever after and happiness of it, the Loch Ness is not a monster at all, but a wonderful, kind, shy creature who is completely misunderstood.

Oliver's castle is beautiful, and the perfect setting for this party (that I'm late to) and celebration of Got Wolf. Congratulations on the release Helen--sounds GREAT!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Hello Stacey, so glad you could drop by. I don't know what Helen thinks, but I tend to agree with you about Nessie, he's a bit like Frankenstein's monster, very much misunderstood! :)

When Oliver's finished -erm - explaining things to Sarah make sure he fills your glass and gets you something nice to eat.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Poor thing. He got trapped when the ice age receded. He dreams of finding his friends one day and wonders if human beings are intelligent.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Well, Fiddle-dee-dee! You gals are gonna have to see for yoursef what's up that lad's kilt. I never kiss and tell! LOL

The drink is great. I've been sipping on it while I make the cake for my writer's group tonight. It's "Better Than Sex?" Cake from Paula Deen. LOL If there are any leftovers, I'll bring them on over for you gals! *wink wink* And Helen. . .it's a chocolate cake! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  79. Hi Sheila, look there's a spare seat next to Helen. You can chat about Nessie, and woves and things. Poor Nessie, he's doomed to disappointment if he thinks humans might be intelligent! LOL

Aw Sarah, you sure you can't just drop a hint? :) Ah chocolate cake, Mmmm, that's my favourite too!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Oliver, I'll take a dessert and some tea, if you please. I'm feeling under the weather with a cold and just finished a yummy spaghetti dinner. (Not that that sheep stomach dinner didn't sound oh so delicious, but...)

Thanks so much, Sweetie! (And, yeah, love the kilt!)

    ReplyDelete
  81. Stacey, great to see you! And I agree with you and Lyn, Nessie is misunderstood ;).

    ReplyDelete
  82. Hi Sheila, thanks for coming. I love your assessment of Nessie ;).

    ReplyDelete
  83. "Better than sex" cake? Yes, Sarah, we want the leftovers! And anything "better than sex" has got to be chocolate, LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  84. Hey Helen!

I'm sorry I'm late. I got called away for an emergency. I loved Blood Wolf. It was an incredible story! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  85. I am very late, Helen, but I'm glad to see the party's in full swing! I've got my copy of Blood Wolf, just need a chance to read. Can't wait! :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. My goodness, the party for Helen is still rockin'! Big hello to Cari, Stacey, Sheila. Oh, sorry to hear you're feeling poorly, Stacey. I can comiserate. I've been sick all week and a cup of tea sounds wonderful. Oliver, get that teapot brewing with some of your special blend. Ladies, I love all your Nessie comments, very interesting chatter as we sit about the roaring fire on such a chilly night. Aw, Sarah, can we tempt you with one more drink so you can devulge Oliver's secrets? Wink! Great party, Helen. We are all in line to buy your book!

    ReplyDelete
  87. H Jaime

Hope the emergency's been sorted. Hi Cari. Help yourselves to refreshments, I think there's some better-than-sex cake left - and if you can get Oliver's attention take your pick form the Martinis in his menu. Don't worry about being late - these parties tend to go on well into the next day!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Rising from the loch, a low mist envelops the castle, like a blanket. The party has moved indoors and lies in various stages of somnolence on every chair, couch and cusion available. Cuddles and Junior lie in front of the stone fireplace, Junior's head resting on Cuddles' flank, snoring gently and basking in the warmth from the still glowing embers.

Oliver is slumped beside a chaiselonge, upon which Helen's form lies gracefully slumbering, his autographed copy of GOT WOLF, Volume One, clutched lovingly to his chest with one hand, while the other is flung out toward the great author herself. Did she too learn the secret of the kilt? Who has the recipe for 'Better Than Sex cake, and why isn't it freely available? Which of the wonderful suggestions about Nessie is the correct answer to the riddle of the Loch Ness monster?

Outside, the faint keening of a lone piper drifts down from the mountains. The calmness of the loch is disturbed by a series of ripples slowly spreading out toward the shore. A huge reptilian head, on an incredibly long, snakelike neck, rears out of the water and gazes toward the castle...

    ReplyDelete
  89. Jaime, I hope everything's okay now. Please let me know. Thanks so much for stopping by, and I'm so glad you enjoyed Blood Wolf!

    ReplyDelete
  90. Cari, always great to see you, my friend!

    ReplyDelete
  91. Oh, Lyn, I love it! I'm going to get that recipe for Better than Sex cake for you from Sarah ;).

Thanks so much for having me, ladies. It's been a blast! I'll email you with the winner of my drawing once I sort through all the comments.

    Have a wonderful weekend!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Thank you everyone for coming to Oliver's Castle to celebrate Helen's party. Helen, you've been a great guest. We hope you come back and again and have enjoyed your roast. Keep on writing those hot love scenes!

    ReplyDelete
  93. Thank you Helen - you've been a wonderful guest and I'll look forward to that recipe! :)

I hope you enjoyed your roast as much as we did, and that 'Blood Wolf' has fantastic sales.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I'm soooo late for the party. Showing up after everyone is gone and in bed.
